All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Aramex (Fastway) couriers and are tracked. Your tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation email.

Me & Mini Me do our very best to ensure your purchases are carefully wrapped and will be safe in the shipping and handling process. Me & Mini Me will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the shipment process once it has left our warehouse. Should your items arrive damaged in the process please contact us within 2 days of recieving your items with photos of damages to our email firstname.lastname@example.org
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers that would like to return goods purchased through Me & Mini Me must contact us within 30 days of receiving item to open a return request. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. Items must be received back by Me & Mini Me within 30 days of the return request being approved and provided. Items received by Me & Mini Me after 30 days may not be accepted.
Me & Mini Me are happy to refund, exchange or credit items due to change of mind or incorrect fit provided that the item is returned:

Me & Mini Me cannot be held liable for returns lost by the postal service, we recommend you send your return items via a registered or tracked postal service. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage for all returns or exchanges unless an arrangement has been made with us.
Returns and exchanges must include:
• A note with your full name, order number & address.
• For exchanges the name & size of the item you are wishing to exchange for.
• The returned product ensuring it is in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all labels and tags still attached.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Me & Mini Me will provide a refund or exchange on items deemed faulty. This also includes shipping charges associated with the return and/or exchange of faulty item.
We do our best to inspect all of our products before they are shipped to you, however if you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible via email with photos or videos and a description of the issue. Me & Mini Me will then start the process by organising for the faulty item to be returned.
All consideration on what constitutes a faulty item versus a damaged or misused item will be at the discretion of Me & Mini Me.
All returned items that do not comply with our returns/exchanges policy may automatically be returned to the customer. If the item you would like to exchange for is not in stock a store credit will be issued.
All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item of return/exchange is to a faulty item.
